Standard turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity of the modifications. Simple Send-In services may be faster, while fully custom aesthetic builds might take a bit longer. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Yes! We ship anywhere in Morocco. Delivery typically takes 24h to 48h.

Absolutely. We offer a dedicated Send-In Service. You can ship your existing controller to us, and we will upgrade it with back paddles, mouse-click triggers, or custom aesthetics.

We use Hall Effect joysticks for our upgrades, which use magnets instead of physical contact points. This makes them immune to traditional stick drift and significantly increases durability.

We stand by our work. All custom builds and modifications come with a 6-month warranty covering parts and labor (e.g., button functionality, paddle inputs). This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear on aesthetic coatings.
